She is the former Head of Legal Operations at a global FinTech, where she supported a legal function operating across multiple jurisdictions during rapid growth. A former customer and long-time user of GC AI, Jenna brings firsthand experience in Legal AI rollout and adoption, building efficient workflows and automations, and implementing technology.
Lauren Picconi is a Solutions Advisor at GC AI. She has extensive experience in legal operations, having worked on several in-house teams at a variety of high-growth companies prior to joining GC AI. Most recently, she served as Head of Global Legal Operations at a leading beauty company. She has experienced the impact of GC AI firsthand as a customer and is passionate about helping in-house legal teams effectively use AI to enhance ways of working.
